The Opportunity The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, expansion into digital marketing leadership, and positioning around Generative AI. What You’ll Do As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will include developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe’s strategic positioning, and exploring market adjacencies with strategies to pursue (build, buy, or partner). You will lead projects and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate Adobe’s growth and support senior executives in critical decision-making, providing invaluable insights. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and pathways to operational and general management roles. What You Need to Succeed Recently enrolled in an MBA program, graduating between December 2024 – June 2025 3-4 years of proven experience leading impactful change, ideally in management consulting, internet, or SaaS strategy Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology trends and long-term horizons Ability to develop ‘outside-in’ market perspectives and make clear recommendations Structured problem-solving skills to break down complex issues Hypothesis-driven approach with executive presence Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Experience leading teams and a commitment to coaching and mentoring #J-18808-Ljbffr Adobe Systems GmbH
